Heat insulation method "Top Heat Barrier ATIS & AYAS"

Patent obtained! A mere 0.1mm energy-saving revolution. A new method for direct application on roofs and exterior walls.

"Top Heat Barrier ATIS & AYAS" is a method for preventing conductive heat with a patented structure. The new method "ATIS" allows for the installation of the Top Heat Barrier directly onto various materials such as metal, ceramics, wood, resin, and concrete without creating an air layer, using double-sided tape or adhesive, effectively blocking conductive heat. The new method "AYAS" combines the high reflectivity of traditional heat insulation materials with the two functionalities of the "ATIS" method. 【Features】 ○ Achieves remarkable energy savings ○ Cuts 94% of heat from the roof during peak summer times ○ Significantly reduces construction costs (ATIS) ○ Greatly improves material usage and work efficiency (AYAS) ○ Ideal for reducing heating and cooling costs in factories and buildings For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Heat insulation method "Top Heat Barrier ATIS & AYAS"

A mere 0.1mm energy-saving revolution! Introducing a new direct-adhesive method for roof and exterior walls.

We would like to introduce our heat insulation method, "Top Heat Barrier ATIS & AYAS." "ATIS" is a versatile heat insulation method that can be directly attached to various materials such as metal, ceramics, wood, resin, and concrete using double-sided tape or adhesive, without creating an air layer, thereby preventing conductive heat transfer. "AYAS" is a method that combines the high reflectivity of traditional heat insulation materials with the new method "ATIS." The heat insulation performance remains almost unchanged from the conventional method, while significantly improving material reduction and work efficiency. 【Features of ATIS】 ■ Compatible with various materials such as metal, ceramics, and paper, making its applications very broad ■ Excellent heat insulation effect, achieving significant energy savings ■ Does not require a reflective space on the heat supply side, eliminating the need for installation of battens, etc. ■ No air layer on the heat supply side allows for effective use of space ■ Installation can be done using conventional methods, making it easy to construct *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Top Heat Barrier Insulation Method

Introducing a thermal insulation material and direct bonding method that creates innovative energy-saving effects for measures against heatstroke!

This is an introduction to our heat insulation method using the heat insulation material "Top Heat Barrier." Until now, heat insulation has been fundamentally based on the reflection of radiant heat by insulation materials, requiring a reflective air space between the heat source and the insulation material. Our developed "direct application method," which utilizes the "low emissivity performance of insulation materials," does not require a reflective air layer on the heat source side. In other words, there is no need to create a space with spacers, allowing for a shorter construction period and a more cost-effective method. Moreover, it can utilize the performance of insulation materials with an emissivity of about 2-10%, resulting in innovative energy-saving effects. 【Lineup (excerpt)】 ■ Indoor heat insulation ■ Outdoor heat insulation ■ High-temperature equipment insulation ■ Outdoor equipment insulation ■ Tent insulation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
